The 12 Week Plan Process

Initial Setup

  • MyCash Dashboard does the setup, with help from the client’s accounts staff.
  • MyCash Dashboard experts enter the data into the software during the 12-week plan.

Ongoing Support & Access

  • Weekly updates and reports sent to authorise recipients.
  • 24/7 access to software and reports via secure Dropbox or another nominated online data room.
  • Regular face-to-face or video meetings to discuss outputs, implications, and action plans. 

Post-Program Access

  • After 12 weeks, clients retain access to the software for the remaining 12 months at no extra charge.
  • Training is provided to client’s staff.
  • Phone support available for casual inquiries after 12 weeks, at no extra charge (excludes substantive or onsite work).

Frequently asked questions

How much time do I need to spend on data entry during the 12 week programme?

None – we do all the entry in the first 12 weeks. We do however teach any nominated staff how to add/change any data – that will be your option.

Your nominated staff will help us with existing data you have – no tweaking of information is required. We take care of all the setup and data entry for 12 weeks.

After the 12 week programme you have two options:

1. Engage us to provide a low cost bureau service.

2. DIY – we will train your staff. They will spend between 15 and 60 minutes a week updating your data. You do not need to be an accountant -  we have trained a range on non-finance clerical staff to update the programme. From experience over 50% of clients engage us for the bureau service as a high level of trust and understanding has been built plus there staff are very busy on other day to day work.

Some clients are too busy to update the programme from week 13 onwards. We offer a low cost bureau service where we continue to do the data entry, and provide reports to all authorised personnel.

You’ll start working with an Accredited Consultant. The Accredited Consultant will be your point of call throughout the programme.

The 12 week programme is $687+gst for 12 weeks for the year. Much lower than an entry level administrator.

Fees for the Bureau service are based on the likely ongoing effort. thsi is discussed with you after the completion of the 12 week plan.

After we have completed the set-up the Accredited Consultant will have the first projection for your business - for every one of the next 365 days! (the record for the first reports being available was ½ day after information was provided to us). The Accredited Consultant will help you navigate the many reports and options – it is like buying a mobile phone – it helps if someone can help you navigate what will be most relevant to you.

Week one commences at the production of the first reports after setup is complete. 

Up to five bank accounts can be tracked. The average across all clients is three accounts.  

Yes. 33% of the full 12 week plan fee is refundable if cancelled before the week two reports are published. Otherwise a  cancellation fee of 100% applies.  

While our flat rate pricing applies to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney, we serve organisations throughout Australia (the programme can be adapted for selected other countries) . For other locations, the Accredited Consultant will discuss with you options for delivering the same result as if you were in one of the capitals mentioned able.

The Accredited Consultant is there to get you going and produce your first projections. Ongoing support is available via phone, web, video and email. This will be detailed in the proposal.

In week one you will be amazed at the cash forecasting and the opportunity for better decisions. The confidence grows every week. 

There are 34 reports… they are all applicable depending on needs. The Accredited Consultant will guide you through the three most read reports from clients and other reports based on needs as familiarisation grows.

Yes, invoice financing is notoriously complex (as users will know) and you will be delighted with how MyCD provides forecasting under these facilities.

Yes, any or all of the accounts can be in foreign currencies. They are all converted back to Australian Dollars. 

Yes, MyCD takes into account one off or regular large receivables either from clients or other sources. Your Accredited Consultant will explain how this works.

No. MyCD is a support programme to forecast your cash position every day for a 12 month period.   Profit & Loss reports and Balance Sheets are critical reports, however, some say it is like looking in the rear view mirror. MyCD is all about looking forward.

Yes, we use a secure dropbox ‘data room’ or will use any other ‘data room’. We lodge reports into selected intranet data folders for some clients. We adapt to whatever you approve.

Meetings after hours are accommodated – your Accredited Consultant will discuss this with you.
