Bureau Service Proposal
We update the MyCash Dashboard software for clients on a weekly basis for the agreed ‘Weekly Bureau Fee’.
This arrangement provides you with a cost-effective solution, ensuring on-demand access to up-to-date financial outlooks.

Inclusions
Weekly Reporting
A comprehensive weekly report will be provided, including the MyCash Dashboard, the Selected Sheets report, and the Z9 report. All reports will be updated by us and made available via Dropbox. or any other preferred secure data room.
These reports are provided typically within 24 hours of the weekly csv or xlsx flies being provided to Meerkat.
Consultation
One complimentary video per year with you to discuss MyCash Dashboard outputs.
Additional meetings (up to 90 minutes each) are available upon request for a Fee.
Telephone Support
No charge where the enquiry is handled during the call
Software Maintenance
Software upgrades and annual update services.
Data Maintenance
Payroll updates – twice per annum.
Sales and expense updates as advised by you – unlimited.
Updates when budget or forecast updates are provided.
24/7 Access
You will have secure, round-the-clock access to the software and reports via Dropbox, or another nominated online data room (if requested).
